frequent questions

  • I am not a plant medicine practioncer or prescriber. I cannot make any recommendations for someone’s particular situation. I recommend that you consult with a licensed therapist open to plant medicine techniques before betting started.

  • Being alone is the hardest part. I feel your pain in this. One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that when I grasped to fill a void with another person, place or thing, I lost grace. Sitting in the void is where creation and transformation can start. For me, it’s spending time in nature with my animals and channeling messages.

Don’t rush your healing. Trust me. Darkness has its teaching. This may sound cliche, but once you love yourself….and I mean truly LOVE yourself, you will attract someone who will love you for you. Then you know its real.

Abandonment wounds are real. Mine is a permanent scar that never goes away. To be honest, she tantrums and rears her ugly head from time to time….but instead of trying to shut her down or ignore her, I have found ways to be patient with myself and with this wound and have learned to create balance and harmony around it. This was all made possible by spending time alone and through my journey work.

  • At this time Blue Fox Farm is a private, sacred space for my family. While I’m not hosting in-person visits, I love sharing glimpses of life here through writing, photography, and blog posts.

  • Absolutely. Animals have become powerful channels of spiritual wisdom in my life. I’m always honored to share how their messages have supported my healing and what it might look like for you.

  • Yes. If something in my story resonates and you feel called to ask more, reach out. I’m always open to thoughtful, heart-centered questions.
